when getting into fitness one must understand that fitness must become apart of your lifestyle and not a quick fix...

You must learn to eat right, eat enough and workout at least three times a week at 30 min or more...

(Key is) learning your body and learning what works for you and learning how to transform your body the right way not only to lose the weight but to maintain it and live a healthier life...
